RTD offers temporary alternative parking during a planned five-day paving project at Nederland Park-n-Ride

Vehicles will be directed to a designated parking area while work takes place 

RTD willclose portions of the Nederland Park-n-Ride beginning Monday, Sept. 28 as crews repair cracked and damaged asphalt and repave the parking areas. 

Crews will close one lot at a time and customers will be directed to available parking while paving operations take place.The work, which will be done in two phases as shown in the map below, is not expected to impact bus and pedestrian access or transit service. 

Phase one – Monday, Sept. 28, and Tuesday, Sept. 29

  • Paving will begin Tuesday in the red outlined portion (Lot 2). All vehicles must be moved to the yellow outlined portion of the lot (Lot 1) on Monday.

Phase two – Wednesday, Sept. 30, through Friday, Oct. 2

  • Paving will begin in the yellow outlined portion (Lot 1). All vehicles must be moved to the red outlined portion (Lot 2).

Work on both portions of the lot is expected to be completed and reopened Friday, Oct. 2.
