RTD seeks public feedback for proposed January 2026 service changes
Two virtual meeting options available starting Oct. 20
DENVER (Oct. 6, 2025) ––The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is providing customers the opportunity to share feedback on the proposed January2026 service changes. RTD will provide an overview of proposed January 2026 service changes on its website on Oct. 15 and customers will be able to provide feedback online through Oct. 30.
Customer feedback is important to ensure a more efficient and responsive system that serves community needs. Proposed changes are formulated to improve reliability and on-time performance in response to community needs, traffic patterns, ridership trends, seasonal changes, operational resources and economic factors. Several changes are proposed to advance the RTD System Optimization Plan (SOP) which identifies improvements to the transit network to better meet the needs of customers.
The proposed changes will take effect Sunday, Jan. 4. A virtual meeting via Zoom outlining the proposed changes will be held at noon on Oct. 20 and at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 21.
