Tips for Booking Your Trip

Be on time.

Buses may arrive five minutes early or ten minutes after your scheduled 10-minute pick-up time and will depart one minute after arrival at the pick-up point.

Schedule drop-off times.

When you have an appointment, schedule your trip with a drop-off time (e.g., “I need to be dropped off by 3 p.m.").

Plan ahead.

Plan for extra time in inclement weather or traffic.

Cancel early.

Please call or use our app to cancel at least two hours in advance.

FlexRide No-Show Policy

Effective February 15, 2026, RTD is implementing a no-show policy to ensure efficient service for our customers. When a customer doesn’t show up for a trip, it eliminates the opportunity for others to utilize the service. RTD asks that FlexRide customers cancel their trip at least two hours in advance if possible. Timely cancellations will not be marked as a no-show. The new policy can be found in full here.
