RTD Impact Team

Since its launch in May, RTD’s Impact Team has dedicated over 150 hours to enhancing customer service across the district. Comprising nearly 40 employee ambassadors, the team provides on-site support during peak times, major events, and service disruptions. They assist with navigating MyRide, Transit Watch, and NextRide, address immediate concerns, and gather feedback for service improvement. Recently, they’ve focused on helping customers affected by temporary speed restrictions and major events, ensuring a smoother transit experience for all.
